Management and maintenance of 6875 Square Feet Air conditioned area with 0.5 mio Shippers and 2000-3000 pallets.

Creation of PO & Purchase requisition in SAP Environment.

Prepare of GRN after Inspection of incoming goods.

FIFO, FILO Warehouse procedures

Core participation in cGMP Audit and management of GMP Compliance ware house.

Co-ordination with transporter to arrange normal/Reefer Truck (online Track & Trace system) monitoring to maintain Temperature up to main gate ports/airports-(Zero temperature excursions). Temperature Mapping done as per Protocol for all seasons.

Regular Ware house Temperature monitoring through scientific protocols and interaction with Alert System

Management of unloading of cargo, Shrink Wrapping, Palletization, Storage and Shipping Marks Mgmt.

Retrieval and Loading as per SAP guiding System and identification of Goods location,

Managing the Warehouse Staff in preparation of Loading sheet, some precautionary measurements like Zebra Labelling for Europe etc.

Control measures for transit-demurrage & delayed demurrage,

Complete observation on proper hygienic warehouse condition.

Inventory and Stock Management and regular MIS preparation.

Maintenance of ISO 900, 14001, 22000 warehouse SOPs.

Maintenance and responsible for all safety rules & regulations related with Ware House and update of IOS norms.

Vendor Management :
