Controller

• Prepare monthly financial statements- balance sheet, statement of cash flows, and income statement.

• Write the monthly MD&A and collaborate in preparing board meeting material.

• Maintain a rolling 13 week cash projection.

• Prepared month-end closings for several companies owned by America Works along with monthly financial statements and cash flow schedules.

management and supporting services for four hospitals and emergency services in the Westchester County area.

• Managed accounting for Stellaris and Starnet companies including monthly / year-end financial reporting for presentation to the Operating Committee; conducted variance analysis and produced internal and ad hoc management reports; prepared annual budgets for all business divisions and performed payroll and pension functions.
