Handled all of the administrative support functions for the Enrollment and Billing teams consisting of over 120 employees. Created PowerPoint presentations for executive-level visits, created and updated Business Continuity Plans for the site and the Enrollment and Billing functions. Responsible for coordinating building upgrades and build-outs for the site. Coordinated issue resolution activities for the Site Director in his absence.
