Responsible for full life cycle of system implementation including assembly, preparation, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and telephone technical support of computer hardware, operating systems, printer, and networking problems. Project manager for several large projects to include process management, implementation, installations, and upgrades. Coordinated schedules with technicians, company IT contacts/ help desks and end user clients. Sought after by sales and management to introduce new customers to MBM and their services.
