(1):- M/S JINDAL SAW LIMITED, working from 13 June 2013 to till now at Mundra, Gujarat.

(a)Designation:- Executive Engineer, (b) Role:- Shift In-charge in Control room.

Here 30MW (1X15 + 2X7.5) Power plant, steam turbine fully condensate by air cool condenser. based on WHRB types of boilers 4X31.5 TPH (cvl) connected to single-header and with two deareator.

(2):- SHRI BAJRANG POWER & ISPAT Ltd, working from 1st June 2010 to 8th June 2013 at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

(a) Designation:- Asst. Engineer, (b) Role:-Control room engineer.

Here 26MW (1X10+2X8) Power plant, steam turbine fully condensate by water cool surface condenser. Based on 1X60 TPH AFBC (cvl) & 2X38 TPH WHRB (Tharmex) connected to single-header and with two deareator.

Monitor all the activities & performance of the boiler, turbine & its auxiliaries in the assigned shift.

Cold start-up, Hot start- up, Warm start-up, normal operation, Emergency handling and safe shut down of boiler as well as turbine.

Light-up of the boiler & its auxiliaries, change-over of equipment, routines testing of protection system & annunciation system.

To monitor performance for efficient utilization of resource and ensure desired PLF is achieved.

Monitor boiler operation & handle emergencies including shut down of boiler & load throw off control generation of requirement.

Co-ordinate with Boiler, Turbine, ESP, & AHP field engineer for safe operation of the unit.

Instruction to field operator for safe operation of power plant.

Assist in generation scheduling & forecasting.

Guide & monitor continual improvement in the operational parameter of boiler.

To ensure safe operation, safe shutdown & isolation of system.

Emergency equipment trial & restoration of process & equipment.

Familiar with Indian electricity act & rules.

Reducing the auxiliary of the boilers.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

B.E. in Mech. From Lakshmi Narain College Of Technology, Indore (M.P.)

In 2009 with 62.53%.

Diploma in Mech. From Govt. Polytechnic College Tikamgarh(M.P.)

In 2006 with 67.89%.
