Learned about types of solar panels used in industry both in efficiency and installation standards along with feasibility in region wise have made calculation report to understand and calculate pumps flowing capacity and distribute in the required area. Learnt about overloading done in inverter array sizing when sun is not at peak and higher output is required from solar panels. Studied mounting structures needed to be placed underneath solar panels. Studied various AutoCAD drawings for battery room and did battery sizing techniques for conventional lead-acid batteries. Undergone various types of fundamentals to try and implement knowledge on PVsys which is a solar monitoring software. Robotic cleaning solutions were studied with detailed overview of installation, maintenance and support.

LTD.: JULY TO AUGUST, 2015 (50 DAYS) Briefing on the Industrial Heating Systems including Steam Boilers, Hot Water Generators and Thermic Fluid Heaters and Systems Engineering and application in industry. Installation site visit of the few products for onsite system study. Briefing on the waste heat recovery systems and thermic fluid systems. Briefing on the commercial viability in industry and case studies. Introduction to heat pump systems for use in the general industry and the hospitality sector. Systems engineering for these applications and commercial viability. Introduction to the combined benefit use of heat pumps for dual benefit of heating and cooling and application in industry/hospitality sector. I learnt about power plant operations and how steam is utilized to run the turbines, in turn gives the power to generator and generator produces the electricity, the electricity is utilized for lighting, running the industries, for lighting of offices, schools, etc. I got a chance to learn and experience more in detail with better understanding.

Projects:

Have done research in nuclear energy as term paper work in college. From history of Nuclear energy to development of bomb to current technology. Every minute detail for utilizing of nuclear energy by safe approach with proper disposal and reprocessing along with components of a nuclear power plant were broadened. The jobs including – engineers, reactors operators, physicists, emergency response team personnel and nuclear regulatory commission resident inspectors were studied. The uranium cost determination was used to know about the fundamentals of this costly fuel economically.

Counter Balancing Car Mechanism - Following approach was used to carry out the action plan for the final year project.

Collection of Journals to collect data to get inputs regarding the key topic of the project. A proper approach to understand the concepts for the various factors involved in the kinematics and dynamic of a car to its issues in stability and regions of the most vulnerable areas to make it work safe on road. Basically with further testing and position modelling on software to get to know visually, how a vehicle will perform on road conditions if ever made. With data collection, inference and learning to modify results were noted. Review Paper was made to establish relationship between journals, calculations, working on principles and working model. It was shown on presentation. The Counter balancing car model was made.
