Negotiated and overcame obstacles to closing over $200 million of lease financing transactions in Mexico. Located missing cost and project information, dealt with local attorneys and tax counsel to solve structural issues, convinced government officials to grant necessary approvals.

Coordinated Wells Fargo’s international banking activities in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Central America. Responsible for overseeing credit exposure, sale of banking services, cash management products, credit analyses and review, in-country representative offices and investments in local finance companies. Modeled and structured the financings and obtained loan commitments from one Mexican and one UK - based bank.
