1996 - 2017 Almarai Company

An Introduction of Almarai Operation Company:

Almarai Operations Division is responsible for the processing of raw milk collected from Almarai farms and manufactured to dairy finished products e.g. fresh milk, laban, fresh dairy desserts, juices, cheeses, foods and long life milk (UHT Milk). Currently Almarai has a daily average processing capacity of 4.5 million liters of dairy products, 450,000 liters of Juice and 160 tonnes of cheese per day. The plant was awarded International Food Plant of the Year in 1998 by Food Engineering International Magazine, US. Operations Division has sustained its QMS certification in compliance with the ISO 9000 and ISO 22000 (food safety) standards. 2000 plus employees of various nationalities are currently employed by Operations Division from 16 different countries, Operations Division has sustained its QMS certification in compliance with the ISO 9000 and ISO 22000 (food safety) standards.

Cheese Plant: Cheese products namely (Processed Cheese): jar cheddar, jar cream, triangle cheese, tinned cheese, slices, square portion, block cheddar, shredded mozzarella, butter ghee, salted/unsalted butter and

Feta jar cheese, low cholesterol cream cheese.

1.Quality: Maximize product quality ensuring that products meet required specifications.

3.Production: Arrangement of ingredients and stocks verification and reconciliation.

July 2011 – 2017 Almarai Company Cheese Plant, CPP 02

Team Leader

Core Grader of Natural cheeses and Process Optimization of Processed cheese formulation.

Coordinated for quality management and HACCP system from Cheese product and attending HACCP review meetings.

Liaised with Product Development Team for Implementation of new formulation and Production Output on it.

Conducted investigations for Audit finding and NCNs to understand root cause and follow up for corrective actions or SOP update as per requirements.
