Instituted reporting and intelligence-gathering mechanisms to improve G2, and formalized the synthesis and internal distribution of resulting data and analysis.

Prepared reports for and regularly addressed Giga’s sales, research and executive teams and implemented feedback loop to integrate company knowledge and enhance conclusions. Focus of efforts separated into two tracks:
