2.To line up the manpower & machine according to the erection of pressure Part, non-pressure part super heater, Reheater, economizer coils, tanks, piping etc.

3.To get the required material for erection from material yard

4.To study the drawing and field quality plan and do the fit-up& preassembly accordingly to the plan

5.To check the fit up and welding quality with our main client BHEL & NTPC

6.To prepare the protocol as per requirement of our client and standards.

7.To prepare the daily progress report (DPR),Monthly progress report (MPR)
