CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, BENEFITS ANALYST 08/21/2017-PRESENT

Manage all health, dental, vision, voluntary, pension, 457 plan, LTD benefits for over 2600 City of Little Rock active employees along with over 200 COBRA and Retiree participants.

Reviews and completes benefit plan enrollments and changes for plan providers including health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, and pension.

Conducts new hire, mid-year and retirement employee benefits orientation and meetings

Data entry and database administration as well as collect and analyze data.

Created a simplified checklist for monitoring daily, monthly, semi-monthly and annual task/reports in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other database management systems.

Reconcile all benefits billing for Active, Retiree’s, and Dependents on the plan.
