An American bank that offers a variety of personal and business financial services.

CCAR Program Manager, 2014 - 2018

Managed and ran the program comprising credit loss model development, model validation, Operational Risk, Treasury, MSR, RDP, and Pension workstreams. Led the team of two PMO project managers and coordinated activities of non-PMO project managers to build the process meeting the supervisory requirements.

Programs/Projects: CCAR/DFAST delivery.

oDesigned and maintained integrated environment to support PMO management reporting and submission tracking using components including SharePoint lists, InfoPath forms, Excel macros, MS Access databases, and MS Project.

oDeveloped an Essbase macro that utilizes a data dictionary to build Essbase retrieve sheets, retrieve the data, format the results, insert calculated rows, and email the resulting file to CAP PMO. Coordinated the data files production each cycle for dozens of files.

oDeveloped Excel macros to consolidate model overlay data and produce summary ALCO slides.

oUtilized questionnaires and meetings to inventory all data sources for CCAR/DFAST modeling and production processes and assess the data source quality.

oManaged and delivered a project within four months to purchase, onboard, document, validate, and implement an OTTI model.

Projects: Large projects involving varied development, technical, and user groups, as well as smaller technically challenging projects. Maintained project budgets, performed risk assessment and issues control. Coordinated work with vendors and customers, amd technology teams.

Merger & Acquisition projects:

oCoordinated conversion to Fidelity of 200 Bank of America and Fleet Bank payroll interfaces with internal and third-party systems after Fleet Bank acquisition. Developed approach to tracking interfaces with all source and target systems undergoing concurrent conversions due to vendor changes.

oProvided a successful timely access to Bank of America Finance applications for over 600 legacy Fleet employees.

Other Projects:

oManaged project implementing account level customer profitability calculations, and all design objectives were met, and the throughput of a major mainframe system had been increased by 400% to fit customer level calculations within the batch window. Suggested database design improvement which saved estimated 800 hours of development work.

oManaged the development and implementation of a web enabled planning system. Managed vendor relationship, hardware and software rollout, and installation of the initial and upgraded versions. Rapidly learned UNIX scripts, SQL Loader, and Oracle DB in order to debug load process issues caused by data combinations not in the vendor test cases.

oCorporate Tax: Managed selection and implementation of the corporate tax package.

oFinancial Reporting: Managed hardware purchases and implementation of the vendor application, development of related interfaces, and enhancement of the GAAP system to provide dual entries to Hyperion Enterprise and to GEAC GL. Developed VB Hyperion Reporting system to augment limited Hyperion eliminations reports capability.

oManaged Timberline system upgrade to Windows version, data conversion, and development of 40 custom reports and interfaces with AP and GL systems.
