LEAR CORPORATION – El Paso, TX & Juarez, CH (March 1996 – November 2018) Global leading manufacturer and Tier One supplier of automotive seating and interior trim. Accounting Director (Shared Services) January 2017 – November 2018

• Reporting to the VP, Finance (US), managed the finance, accounting and trade compliance function for 70 facilities in Canada, US, Mexico and Honduras. Led a staff of 87 responsible for accounting related transactions and disbursements of $9.5B.

Key accomplishments included:

• Successfully implemented a cost saving initiative to segregate invoice processing from accounting and transactional functions.

• Ensured full compliance with new electronic invoicing requirements for Mexican Tax authorities. Finance Director (Structures Division) August 2012 – January 2017

• Reported to the VP, Finance (US), managed the finance, accounting and trade & regulatory compliance functions for 7 facilities in Mexico with $500M in annual sales and 4K employees producing automotive seating structures. Provided financial guidance and support to the VP, Operations, plant leadership, Cost Estimating group and other functional areas to maximize financial return and minimize risk. • Supported new metal stamping facility start-up in Mexico achieving inter-company business growth of

Director of Shared Services July 2006 – September 2010

• Reported to the VP, Shared Services (US) led the Shared Services Center in Juarez with a staff of 120 employees providing AR, AP, payroll processing and all related accounting transactions, as well as trade & regulatory compliance functions for 25 facilities in Mexico employing more than 50K employees. Key accomplishments included:

• Completed the centralization and consolidation of all AP, AR, T/E and payroll processing services in Lear’s Mexico Operational HQ in Juarez. Included all accounting transactions and account reconciliations.

• Achieved 100% electronic processing for MX payroll & pantry bonus cards for hourly & salaried employees. Finance Director (Trim Division) August 2005 – July 2006

• Reported to the VP, Finance (US), managed the finance, accounting and trade & regulatory compliance functions for 7 sewing and trimming facilities in Mexico with $1.2B in annual sales and 10K employees. Key accomplishments included:

• Led the Maquila structure conversion for all Mexico plants which achieved multi-million dollar savings.

• Developed/implemented the CBI initiative program for Honduran operations avoiding $5M in annual duties.
