Archer Western Construction - Wylie, TX
April 2015 to November 2018
• Multi-task 15-20 jobsites at all times.
• Admin/secretary for 18-20 salary/management employees.
• Point of contact for 60-80 trade employees, and MANY vendors/subcontractors working with my
jobsites.
-PAYROLL (Weekly) - Create timesheets for each crew on each jobsite and distribute, enter time for 70-85 trade employees into system, adjust OT, research discrepancies, send reports for approval, route paychecks accordingly, receive and distribute paychecks, etc.
-HR - Onboard new employees (orientation/training/enroll in benefits/drug screen, etc.), Enter and track all personnel changes (wage/classification/assignment changes, terminations, changes in personal information, such as an address, etc.), Recruit new employees (work with community resources, place ads, other marketing strategies), Contact potential applicants, Track applicants (keep logs), Recruitment Efforts Reports done twice a year to analyze data and strategy effectiveness, Maintain OFCCP binder, Maintain required posters and updated policies, etc. - all done for each jobsite!
-ACCOUNTING - Upload invoices into system, match up delivery tickets/receipts to invoices and then upload those into the system (3-way match), track invoices to ensure correct pricing as quoted and/or credits are are received, contact vendor/subcontractor for discrepancies, code invoices and route for approval, setup new vendor/subcontractor in system, jobsite petty cash, submit expense reports for management through SAP Concur, etc.
-MISC. - Safety, Quality Control, Construction Equipment (maintenance), Document control, Filing system, Print/copy/scanning support, Coordinate maintenance/service for all office equipment, Maintain office and cleaning supplies for 3-5 jobsite offices, Maintain logs and lists of all sorts, and much more!
