Currently specializing in content & telematics quality assurance, I works as a Technical manager in charge of coordinating technical operations at a fleet & telematics mobile asset management company to define but a few, fleet management Installations and maintenance, fleet information management & auditing. I value myself as an enthusiastic IT professional with sound technical and theoretical knowledge of IT service operations, with the ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities and also ensure that set business objectives and goals are met while learning and unlearning skills as to when it's required. Content & Telematics Quality Assurance Officer at Smartwatch Solutions Ltd. (August 2017 – Present.)
Apart from being a content and telematics quality assurance officer, I also double as the Technical Department Manager in-charge of planning, monitoring and coordinating Installations, Maintenance projects among other things.
