Handling PO invoices, Non PO invoices and Utility invoices.

Unposting, editing and closing vouchers.

Checking duplicate payments.

Solving queries on pending invoices.

Training for fresher on invoice processing.

Ensuring that the payment of invoices is completed within a timely manner and in accordance with payment terms.

Identifying invoices that are overdue or have not been received.

Setting up vendor accounts.

Processing credit notes.

Providing back up for all Accounts Payable functions of the company.

Clearing outstanding balances on accounts.

Keeping client details up to date.

Contacting client for enquiring about bills.
