Vice President, Midwest AQUENT / VITAMIN T 2015 – Present Recruited as the Managing Director of the Vitamin T division to develop a new go-to-market strategy and roll it out to the entire organization. Hired to turnaround the company’s five major markets, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Toronto, as well as open new markets in Milwaukee, Indianapolis, and Denver. Generated consistent YOY profit increases and transformed this purely staffing company to provide creative and marketing solutions that include consulting services, and SaaS project & content management software. Promoted to Vice President in 2018.

Developed a new organizational go-to-market strategy, sales enablement process, and created the company sales playbook in collaboration with the firm’s President.

Played a key role in facilitating the sale of the company to Citrix Systems in 2011 for over $100M.
