Assisting accounting officials and senior management in recording, reporting and managing company’s finances. Was also required to provide administrative support and suggest ways for improving the overall accounting process of the university to superior.
Specific Responsibilities:
As part of the Accounts team responsible for maintaining a well-organized and accurate Accounting function
Managing day to day operations of the accounts department and reconciling cash / financial accounts
Managing accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) And receivable through cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner

Fiscal Decentralization and local revenue generation in local government
Undertook a research titled “Fiscal Decentralisation and Local Revenue Generation in Local Governments: A Case of Rukungiri District - Uganda”. The research aimed at assessing the effectiveness of fiscal decentralization in improving local revenue generation in Rukungiri District Local Government. This was through establishing the effects of how enabling environment contribute to local revenue generation; finding out how the assignment of appropriate revenue and function to lower local government contribute to Local Revenue generation ; and establish the effects of appropriate NATWIJUKA CRISPUS
intergovernmental transfer systems on local revenue generation in Rukungiri District.
