Good morning . I am interested in talking to you!. I started a Home Improvement business in 2007, and closing the doors with it this year,2018, business name ; Merry C Construction, after my mom born on Christmas (named Merry Carol, youngest in family), and after my passion for water, sea, and boating, had a 28 foot 1967 heavy gauge aluminum Marinette on the seas of Lake Erie in Cleveland Ohio, raised in Willoughby, east of Cleveland. Lived here 14 yrs. Moved here wife's people, she is since passed away, few yrs. Back. Couldn't keep everything going in a way generating business and working in the field at same time. Since then in 2018 worked for, (Frederick painting & supply), recently laid off, and am working now for Reliable contractors, he works as a contractor for investor company who flip houses. I'm working on a total remodel in a house on Baltimore National pike in the mountain passed 40 golden mile. I got a business degree and ended up in construction worked on the mansions in the circus town of palm beach Florida starting out. Well rounded in all trades with light electric, and plumbing, but can do new work (BATHROOMS, and Kitchen Remodels). I would be willing to start out working for $25.00 an hr. I would like to see in near future you would feel I'm worth more than $25.00 Hr. I will appreciate having not to be so concerned and focused on generating future work, rules/regulations of insurance packages, licences, permits,payroll & taxes and start hands on in the field, I have good work ethics and have an effect motivating others around me to do the same. IT'S ALL ABOUT QUALITY AND SPEED. I need someone to feed me work. I like to tackle and trouble shoot things, keep busy, active, interacting with people, be a part of a pleasant experience they will remember into the Future.
