Support and where appropriate, be involved in, disciplinary, capability and grievance investigations/ hearings as designated by the Senior HR Business Partner
To monitor and carry out sickness reviews for employees in conjunction with the Line Manager and assist in reviewing complex sickness absence cases leading to capability assessment and liaising with Occupational Health
