I coordinated about 20 service techs on getting maintenance issues resolved for about 2000 units we managed. I hired as no worked with contractors to turn vacant apartments with in 7 days of lease end date. From May till September we turned around 800 units with in the 7 day period per lease end dates. I ordered supplies as needed to keep inventory up to date. U supervised 2 employees directly. Definitely a muti task job and very busy keeping up with all processes associated with this title

I took service requests from customers and dispatched then to the service techs in the most efficient way possible. I billed customers for the work performed and gave estimates on repair of HVAC equipment as needed. I kept inventory up to date and order ordered supplies and equipment as needed.
