Presently working as a Sr.Engineer for National Steels and Agro Industries Ltd.(Ruchi Group) Village-Sajwaya,Distt. Dhar (M.P). from June 2016 to till date.

Operation Activities

Shift duties allocation and manpower allocation for operation.

Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual Reports and Submission to Superior.

Analyzing the day to day operation parameters with the help of customized software developed in house.

Managing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive / breakdown maintenance of 3x2.1 MW Gas Engines and Auxiliaries.

Plant maintenance equipment's like Alternator, AVR, Battery banks, excitation systems, PID controller, Proximity sensors,RTDs,Thermocouple sensors,Transformer (12.5 MVA and 1.6 MVA), 33KV and 11KV switchgear ACB,VCB, protection relays, MCC & AUX Panels, Synchronizing panel, TEM Panel, C&R Panel, NGR Panel and HT & LT Panels.

Various Rating Induction Motor and Pump Testing.

Responsible for O&M of Generating Set including, HT/LT pipe lines, PHE systems, Cooling towers, Air Compressor, Ventilation System, Radiators.

Smooth Operation of Gas Engines by Monitoring Through PLC (Siemens) System &TEM System (Total Electronic Management).

Operation and Maintenance of DG set, Vapour Absorption Machine 185TR and 100TR (VAM), 675000Kcal/h Capacity Flue gas Heat Recovery System (HRU).

Maintain Store documentation & Material on site.

Preparation of DIS/MIS/YIS Energy Generation and Consumption Report.

Store Indenting & Quotation, technically inspections in ERP (R12) application.

Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Maintaining ISO, OHSAS & QMS documentation and implementation & follow up of 5S.

Implementing TPM activities, plans & schedules for maintenance, operations and annual turnarounds with focus on optimum Utilization of manpower, machines & material.

Synopsis

Previous worked as a Sr. Engineer(O&M) in DLF utilities ltd has total 40MW captive power plant (generation at 11 KV) having 5x4MW gas engines (Make MWM), 4x5.2mw gas turbines(Make Solar turbines), 5x1100TR+4x3300TR VAM(make BROAD) from Jan 2011 to May 2016.

Previous worked as operation and maintenance engineer in Suzlon Infrastructure Services Ltd. Has 104MW Wind power plant from Aug.2007 to Dec.2010.

Operation Activities

Maintenance of Electrical components like Transformer, VFD, VCB, ACB, Generator, Battery banks, UPS, PLC based Control Panels and SCADA.

Planning material and components required for WTG on yearly basis

Preparing Maintenance schedule of WTG & Machine related reports like MBDR,MTTR, MTBF&MIS as per ISO procedure.

Handle Material management on site.

Responsible for Daily updating of the breakdown reports in SAP(R3 Module).

Handling of Operation & Maintenance of the units so to ensure there smooth functioning.

Carry our preventative maintenance as per ISO procedure and have to keep proper record of all maintenance

Take corrective and preventive action on the defects/Observation found during maintenance

Carry out 5S, PPE activity, Kaizen, Safety of entire territory as per schedule & level agreed.

Carry out Wind Turbine Generator modification whenever required and its health monitoring.

Implement peak wind preparation plan and post monsoon maintenance plan.

Maintain quality management system(QMS) and OHSAS implementation

To keep close monitoring of all machines at the site and to maintain records of errors and breakdown of those machines and their root cause analysis.

Responsible for progress Presentation in Monthly Meeting.

Maintain & monitoring of line losses & reactive power of plant & take corrective & preventive actions if found not standard.
