Responsible for managing the library’s mail functions, including training and supervising students to open, sort and distribute the library mail, and complete daily mail exchange deliveries with the law school. Prepare labels, create item records, link bar codes for checked-in issues, check in continuing resources and microform materials. Update item records for off-site storage materials and maintain the faculty lounge collection, including faculty publications. Train, assign and review work of student assistants; perform quality control for processed material; compile monthly statistics for added print volumes and microforms and handle basic claims to major vendors. Pull limited retention periodicals from reserve when issues become available online.
