Patients’ qualification for inpatient rehabilitation services review, monitoring progress in physical, occupational and speech therapy treatment. Treatment of current chronic medical problems and acute illnesses to optimize patient’s participation in therapy and timely recovery. Treatment of complex skin ulcers including debridement and wound vac. Leading IDT meetings, family meetings and formulating plan of care.
