Over 28 years’ experience in commercial and residential construction includes cost estimation, construction takeoffs, quality control, and project closeouts. Commercial construction experience includes VA hospitals, schools, Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Retro Fitness, Core Power Yoga, office buildings, apartment buildings, department stores, and prisons.

Residential experience in single and multi-family housing including slab, poured wall basements, block wall crawl space and post tension slabs.
