Led design of 300mm Implant Tools.

Attained OSHA 10 Certification. Achieved best safety record of entire team for four years running, including a world class safety record per man hour (.26). Maintained a consistent safety record for installing tools on time and under budget.

Installed and turned over first of kind tool one month ahead of schedule, allowing Intel to substantially advance production schedule. Consistently finished projects on-time and safely, working around highly hazardous products and toxic materials. Awarded more than $500K in incentive benefits from customers, in six-month period, for early schedule completion. Enforced specifications of specialty coatings and applications to various components of the project.

Many of the projects where involved with highly toxic and corrosive chemicals, gases. Extra safety steps had to be put in place to not only work around these chemicals and gases but great care had to be taken to safely install and startup these systems. Worked closlely with suppliers ensure safest installation possible. I was fortunate that we had no incidents on my projects. Others were not so fortunate.
