• Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Maintain government contracts, SAM and CAGE requirements
• Audit and process receipts, cash and adjustments; reconcile/scan bank checks and prepare deposits.
• Manage all G/L coding procedures; compare receipts and purchase orders to identify compile matching data.
• Comp1ete all payroll processing procedures: calculate pay from time sheets; approve and code reimbursement requests; review all entries for accuracy; research and resolve discrepancies as needed. Office Management & Administrative Functions:
• Proficient in recognizing operational components in need of enhancement; success in expeditiously evaluating all possible options and consistently implementing results-oriented solutions.
• Utilize cost-volume analysis to compare operating expenses/business growth and strategically develop short- and long-term goals, enabling organization to continuously grow while maintaining profitability.

• Maintain and control adequate inventory /supply levels at all times; interface with vendors to purchase new materials, and coordinate repairs and in-warranty equipment
