APJ Sales Operations - Post Sales Tracking Specialist- Cisco PSTS (May 2014- Present)
Working directly on behalf of the Cisco Sales Engineering and Cisco Accounts team as PSTS specialist for entire Asia Pacific Region.
Taking over critical scenarios and escalations from Cisco Accounts/Sales team and helping identify all technologies/teams from within the entire Cisco ecosystem that need to be aligned to get the situation handled with least impact. Allocating resources from the same and overseeing their progress to ensure minimal avoidable delay.
