Project: Doha Metro Railway Project – Manufacture, Supply & Installation
Responsible for the handover of system technical rooms in the Doha metro stations. Our project consists of 37 stations with 2,000 system technical rooms required to takeover the room possesion from civil contractors.
Reviewing of layout drawings and agreed interface control forms
(ICF’s) between system contractor & civil contractors and performed site inspection for verification if the agreed ICF’s are followed.
Conducting site inspection of system technical rooms and performed the following inspections for the quality of room interior finishing, identifying possible clashes of services between Civil MEP and System services, checking of wall openings location and sizes, checking of equipment delivery route if it is free from any obstruction, etc.
Preparing inspection checklist and snag list report and submit to civil contractor to close the comments.
Assist in interface site coordination and site monitoring of the fire sealant activity for wall opening in each sub-system to ensure the passing of room integrity test in preparation to QCDD inspection readiness.
Preparing weekly report for overall handed over quantity of systems room in weekly basis.
Filing of the completed room handover checklists and handover certificates signed by all parties through document controller via Aconex system and sending to all the parties involved.
Assist in preparation of interface report and bi-weekly interface meeting presentation to client representative.
