As a LILA set up operator I was assembling the cannula into the syringe performing checks throughout the process to make sure no defects were found on the product before it left our department. I was performing batch changes (mainly paperwork) and change overs (paperwork and adjustments to the machines) as well. I was signed off on LILA C1, LILA C2, and LILA C3. I was performing PMs to the machines every month.

Duties

As a case pack associate I was responsible to make sure the auto casepacker machines were running all the time as SCF associates were sending product in tubs on a conveyor. I was performing checks (to make sure tubs were not damaged and also bags had no holes) on specific tubs based on the size of the orders. I made sure all equipment (pallets, boxes) and proper paperwork were ready for a batch change or a change over. I was going to the warehouse to get the necessary items needed (tubs, nest, boxes, shields) for the orders to be completed.
