General Counsel – Responsible as the primary in-house resource for the Crown Pipeline, Crown Engineering, Advanced Traffic Control companies which are under the same ownership. My responsibilities included the defense of Civil lawsuits, Human Resource matters, interaction with state and local governmental agencies such as the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, planning boards, zoning boards, and county tax matters. I was responsible for the legal matters that affected ownership and the 140+ employees and not only resolved complex business matters but also traffic tickets issued against our employees.

Appel, LLC, Turnersville, New Jersey A law firm that handles defense (traffic and criminal), bankruptcy, worker’s compensation, real estate, family law, and plaintiff’s personal injury case(s). Attorney - Responsibilities have included Superior and Municipal Court appearances in the Civil and Criminal Courts, with the retention of my own client base. Typical work week would include 25+ Municipal court appearances, resolving multiple client files. Legal writing experience included the drafting of motions, wills, interrogatories, and deeds. Client retention and collections were a job requirement, and I still have an affiliation with Edward Appel with a business development project. 4/06-3/07 Masciocchi & Appel, P.C., Glendora, New Jersey A law firm that handles criminal and traffic defense, worker’s compensation, real estate, family law, and plaintiff’s personal injury case(s).
