BRUCE POWER (through Hewlett Packard), Senior Program Manager: (06/2011 – 12/2011) Successfully directed a transition & data migration effort from Legacy to new HP Storage. Also moved environment from physical to virtual and mail from W/2003 to W/2010.

WELLS FARGO, Project Manager (12/2009 – 5/2011): Selected by client to assist with integration of the Wachovia Computing Infrastructure within Wells Fargo. Drove network/server installations, transition of applications and Data Center migration & consolidation. Transition included new Cisco Routers, Switches and a re-design of the Network including high-speed data circuits. Worked directly with Engineers including Cisco, Wells Fargo and IBM to coordinate a complex Program.

BRANCH BANKING & TRUST, Project Manager: (08/2008 – 03/2009) Led team in completing transformation portfolio of projects, spanning virtualization, Nortel to Cisco conversion, SOA- middleware, disaster recovery, SAN storage improvements, configuration management, network management, security & business optimization.

Worked directly with Project Managers (as a Program Manager) to support the Portfolio of Projects including Virtualization and the coordination of moving out Nortel equipment with new Cisco hardware including Routers and Switches.

FIDELITY INVESTMENTS, Project Manager: (07/2007 – 08/2008) Coordinated offshore team to implement series of Federal government-mandated application projects to support changes in large corporate pension plans.

CISCO SYSTEMS, Program Manager: Coordinated highly technical re-design and re-program of metadata and database of Cisco's Services and Client Accesses - Cisco's customer Web-based software downloads of hardware products. Worked with Cisco Data Engineers to improve internal design of Relational Database.

TIAA-CREF, Program Manager: Shepherded 10 direct and 30 indirect reports in massive effort to convert 20,000 systems and hundreds of applications to a new platform, from vendor selection through installation. Developed applications certification, testing and QA processes. Developed SOW and selected 3rd Party Vendor -- selection process included IBM and HP to support implementation and on-going support.

STATE OF NEW YORK, Program Manager: Built project plans to establish a PMO and mentored resource who became Director. Worked with IT organization to develop a Governance process to support a strategic plan spawning multiple projects.

GLAXOSMITHKLINE, Project Manager: Delivered 3 key projects on-time/budget: upgraded PeopleSoft from client/server to a Web-based application, consolidated servers to boost performance and moved a supply chain application from UK to India.

FREDDIE MAC: Planned and designed QA procedures to support a Federal government mandate, requiring staff of 15 across 3 shifts.

Simpson Paper, Technology Manager: Led $35M annual cost reduction by consolidating Data Centers and re-engineering business processes.
