I have over 10 years of P& L responsibility, which includes preparing and justifying capital expenditures. I spent almost three years as a functional lead for an ERP implementation, this experience gave me experience in all areas of a business from quote, sales orders, production reporting, shipping and invoicing. I am an experience Lean Manager and Six Sigma Black belt skilled in creating KPI’s and delivering results on those metrics.

I have spent the last five years as the Operations Manager at Menasha Packaging in Lakeville Minnesota. I provided leadership to all production areas, engineering, logistics, and maintenance. I performed analysis to identify process improvement opportunities, implement strategies to cut costs, and improve productivity.

Previous to my Operational Manager role at Menasha I was the Regional Lean Manger at Menasha, responsible for the four facilities driving process improvement and cost savings. In this role I

Previous to Menasha Corporation I was employed with the Viracon (Apogee) organization for over twenty years. I have worked in various positions that would enable me to add strength and leadership to the already strong team you have in place.

As a Production Manager at Viracon Curvlite, I was responsible for as many as 9 Supervisors and 103 employees. I was responsible for all areas within the Curvlite organization at one time or another. These areas include: Cutting, Silkscreen, Bending ovens, Laminating, Inspection and Packing, along with the National Distribution Center.

In the role of Quality Manager at Viracon/Curvlite, I was responsible for overseeing all the testing necessary to sell automotive windshields in North America. I handled customer complaints, and worked with manufacturing to solve these issues. As well as helped to implement many cost saving ideas.

In the position of Supervisor at Viracon, I have proven my ability to lead people and deal with difficult tasks on a daily basis.

This position requires someone such as me that can motivate people, initiate changes, and implement policies and procedures, all necessary ingredients of continual improvement.

Previous to my career within the Viracon organization, I was an outside Sales Representative for eight years.
