I prepared charts 2 days in advance for daily work flow, review for scanned insurance cards and HIPPA info, review for demographic and insurance info for accuracy, review for current referral if required. Scheduled appointments for all doctors and audiology at both office locations in accordance with scheduling guidelines. Confirm appointments in advance, send out new patient packets. Take complete messages regarding Rx refills, surgery scheduling patient issues, and any other office related issues. Ability to Prioritize duties and maintain timely patient flow. Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting and directing them in a friendly, prompt, and helpful manner.
