Duties & Responsibility :

I know how to handle the different type grade of concrete, and required workability, air contant, cubes, and durability and resistance of permeability.

Control the shrinkage,segregation,setting time and bleeding from fresh concrete.

Can I control the cementitious material,like fly ash, GGBFS, and micro silica.

Handle the all type of admixtures, ex. Water reducing admixture, retarding admixture, accelerating admixture,WR&RA,WR&AA,WRHRA,WRHR&RA.

Daily make the Plant report, Check the chemical,raw material, chilled water, and concrete temperature, Check moisture report and check slump at plant.

Daily make the lab report, Check all raw materials and chemical,cement report.

All laboratory testing,machine and plant calibration and labels on each and every machine and follow the calibration systems specified in the manual.

Raw material tests ( specific gravity, grading, clay lamps, flakiness, shape index and density all test report make as per QCS.

Mix Design Details follow and check as per Technical manager instruction.

Maintaining the quality of concrete as per design on site & plant

If came any compliant from customer check and find the solutions.

Coordination customer & direct supervision on all activities related to laboratories & field tests.

Batching before check all, customer requirement and mix design,slum and cube required,

Give order and control to all Technician ( lab, site and plant ) as per Quality system.

To prepare the Concrete cube test and make report for all grade and submit to technical manager, as per ASTM and BSEN.

Direct involvement with regards to Quality Control on Material receipt at site, inspection and testing

To prepare all documents related to plant inspection and calibration & lab equipment & calibration details.

Daily material test report and plant report save and file as per Quality issues.

Maintaining records as per QCS.

KEY QUALIFICATION :

CONCRETE MIX DESIGN: Concrete grade M 15 To M 60, Self Compacting Concrete . pilling special concrete, FTB Concrete, Foam concrete, Light weight concrete, High early strength concrete, precast concrete, fiber concrete, dry lean concrete, Under Water Concrete, Water Proof Concrete.

CONCRETE TESTS : Compressive strength test, Slump test, Temperature, Flow test, Air content test, Fresh density, Concrete setting time, v-funnel test, J ring test, L box test.

AGGREGATE TEST : Grading analysis test, Water absorption, Material finer than 75 micron, specific gravity, Bulk density, Flakiness & Elongation index, Aggregate impact value, Aggregate crushing value, clay lumps and friable particle.
