Responsible for the strategy and execution of all Group’s digital activities. I manage all group’s corporate and business websites, e-commerce and partner’s portals in order to ensure brand consistency and results. I have achieved an annual double-digit increase in traffic and leads over the last 3 years.
I take care of web content updates, social media posts, newsletters, SEO plans, google and facebook pay-per-click campaigns for all Group’s subsidiaries.
I also take care of the web infrastructure, including content-delivery network and server maintenance in order to ensure domain protection, speed and security for all websites.
As the first digital manager of the company, I have been in charge of setting set up all the relevant front- and back-office processes and workflows (e.g web-CRM syncro, PPC back-office management, marketing automation flows), defining the annual budget, finding and evaluating new suppliers and recruiting new resources for the office.
Main achievement: setting up from scratch all performance campaigns for 8 of the 20 Subsidiaries of the Group, achieving an average ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 20.

In my role as Digital Product Manager, I was responsible for defining the user experience and create new functionalities for a wide range of Technogym mywellness® cloud digital products including mobile apps, websites and machine user interfaces, with the goal of improving usability, product experience and revenues. Main achievement: launching on the market a new machine user interface (UNITY SELF), increasing the revenues by double digit and driving the area to profitability.
WEB MARKETING MANAGER @ TECHNOGYM

As part of the web team, I was responsible for the web user interaction, content and development of the www.technogym.com corporate website. I used to manage all third party relationships and ensure that the site was appropriately structured to meet the marketing goals and the needs of users.
Main achievement: I was responsible for the development and launch of the new Technogym website (Winner of IKA Award and Web Award 2011), featuring a CMS migration, a revised information architecture and a completely redesigned look & feel. The new site increased traffic and leads, outperforming the expectations (up to 60% more leads).
