Served as operational leader of Massachusetts’ largest private employer’s self-insured, self-administered Workers’ Compensation (WC) program, which services twenty hospitals, including Brigham & Women’s, Mass General, McLean and Spaulding Rehabilitation.

Responsible for strategic planning to ensure the WC Division was prepared to meet the company’s rapidly evolving insurance needs; led WC Division projects, including initiatives to on-board new affiliates (Mass Eye & Ear/Wentworth Douglas Hospital), new jurisdictions (New Hampshire/Rhode Island), and a new claim system (Origami)
