As a primary Change Control Manager for the CCP&SE ATT internal organization my role and responsibility was to stream line the release restriction process.
Attending the daily PM Drop in Calls, Primary owner to keep the Release Management SharePoint and Master Project dashboard updated on daily basis. Uploading the change request to the internal tSpace and obtaining the GMs approvals. Receives.
Logs and allocates a priority to all requests for changes that are totally impractical, Tables all Request for Changes (RFCs) for a Change Control Board (CCB) meeting, issues an agenda and circulates all requests for changes to CCB members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration, who gets specific RFCs depending on the nature of the RFC.
Authorizes acceptable changes, either alone or after a CCB has taken place, Issues change schedules, Liaises with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules, Updates the change log with all progress that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and/or to take opportunities to improve service quality.

Testing. Responsible for assisting in planning the End-to-End test effort for
the IPAG program. IPAG is AT&T’s Ethernet platform that supports multiple businesses and consumer services. Primary responsibilities were the following:
Read each release’s network documents and IT requirement documents
determine and understand the project’s functionality.
Determine the End-to-End scope of each project: identify new functionality, identify the equipment needed to verify the features, determine the physical
connections between the equipment needed to verify the new functionality.
Collaborate with PMO to identify regression scope (when necessary)
Attend project deliverable review meetings
Create Knowledge Transfers.
Provide an Application Connection Inventory, a workbook that documented
which applications are code impacted, test only, and test support only for each
project.
Create Application Flow Diagrams, a Visio illustration that displays the
applications used in IPAG releases.
The applications show the flow of service delivery (providing service to a customer) and service assurance (monitoring the IPAG network for faults and properly maintaining service levels)
