Reporting to: HR Director

• Recruitment:

1- Searching and identify for the business needs and assisting in the short listing of suitable candidates from applications. In additional to conducting the initial interview. 2- Contributing the process of selection along with the relevant line managers. 3- Ensuring the timely recruitment of new employees into the business from the initial job offer being made through to their induction into the company including offer letters and contracts etc.

• Investigation: Identify preventive and proactive ER strategies in order to manage employee day-to-day issues and handle complex complaints and submit a detailed report on the incident.

• Engaged with the Area / Operations team to Identify gaps, proposed and implemented changes necessary to cover risks on stock and sales orders.

• Analyzed turnover, exit interviews and satisfaction surveys to improve employee engagement & implement action plans across divisions.

• Engaged with the HR director to work on all HR policies and procedures being reviewed and updated to reflect both up-to-date employment law and best practice.

• Trained managers across all divisions on the disciplinary as well as HR related processes and ensure 100% compliance is maintained.

• Exit process: Responsible for finalizing the procedure of termination and resignation by:

1- Conducting Exit Interviews, following on the Job Handover report, and overseeing the process of assets handover.

2- Ensuring that a suitable notice period has been giving (to company or employee) and that a replacement has been found (if needed).

• Employees Activities: Creating competitions internally between the divisions and externally with the competitive companies in order to build a relations and loyalty.

• Compensation & benefits: participated in creating the company grading system by providing the requirements data from the market such as (average salaries by position and experience, the employee benefits by position for all levels and comprising the current approved grading system with the proposed).

• HR Monthly Reports: Preparing reports to HR director regarding the current manpower, nationalities, gender, exits, Disciplinary actions, etc. In addition, providing division managers with a budget for current salaries and an estimated budget in the existence of a redundancy or hiring plan.

• General: Other HR Tasks (Staff Appraisal, probation period evaluation, Leave applications, Attendance, Residency Transfer Arrangements etc.) & attending weekly meeting with the division management to know the current situation if they need any support in the function.

• Administration: Checking monthly the Kuwaiti percentage in order to arrange the requirements, in addition, reviewing the monthly renewal residences, transfer, absconding, etc.

• Managing the housekeeping team which consist of 50 employees to be ensure that we are providing the best services for the staff (Canteen, Securities, Accommodation, Reception)

- Canteen: Establish an integrated system to sell the company's products to employees at lower prices than the market .

- Securities: Create a team of security staff responsible for tracking the cameras, reviewing the daily sales invoices and the loading process to address the gaps that cause to decrease the inventory.

- Accommodation: arranging the accommodation for the residents based on

(Nationalities, grades, shifts, etc.),

• Oversee the Hiring Process: Once a candidate has accepted an employment offer, I start to complete the hiring process. This includes completing and filing all hiring paperwork, educating employees in regards to compensation, benefits and company policies, designing, and implementing the orientation.

• Oversee Employee Exit Process: Facilitate the layoff, firing or departure process of employees who leave voluntarily, conduct exit interviews and administer severance, and assist with firing decisions and notification of termination.

• Preparing the final settlement calculation (The calculation of indemnity, leaves and other entitlements or deduction).

• ER daily tasks such as (investigations, Evaluations, Medical and Life Insurance ... etc).

• Official Letters: Responsible of preparing and supervising the admin team in issuing official emails to Employees such as: Internal Memorandums, Warning Email, and To Whom It May Concern, etc.
