Educated on procedures used by the bank when new loans/mortgages come into the facility. Learned how to stack needed documents from customer files according to bank policies. Documents include: Modifications, Mortgage, Loan policies and other schedule appointments. Identified each document and code them into the data system, determining whether the docs are an original or copies. Once graduated, I was put on the file review team and analyzed each file when they came in for discrepancies, proper lender acknowledgment and insured that each file was checked for quality control.

I worked as a Data Entry Clerk for a Compliance Company that specialized in Labor Law Compliance posters. Researched companies, by way of google browsing and internet, for correct phone numbers and input into the dialer system. Average up-sell lists averaged 50 a day. Also took some of the dead records from the past and researched current phone numbers so they can be called upon by the sales reps. Averaged around 120 records a day. Records were filtered out as new contacts, identical (same) numbers or closed business/further research needed. That type of record usually contained incomplete information such as bogus business name, no address, or no phone and contact information. Usually my success rate (New contact) is roughly 65 percent or 80 percent (New Contact or same phone number). All these records went back into the system so that reps can call and sell the compliance posters.
