Detail about current job- I have currently Operate CNC Boring Machine, which is Heidnhain Control also good knowledge of Fanuc control & Heidnhain control programming as well as Siemens Control and I have good knowledge in below machine which is following type-

CNC BORING MACHINE which is Siemens (840D) & Heidnhain control (iTNC530) that is five axis machines X Y, Z, W, and B direction and U axis which is Turning Head.

CNC Vertical Planner machine which is Fanuc Control (18i & 31i series) that is three axis machines X, Y, Z direction.

CNC Horizontal machine which is Fanuc Control (31i series) that is five axis machines X, Y, Z W, B direction. And also attach ATC &

CNC HMC 1200 BP which is 31i Fanuc Control that is five axis machines X, Y, Z, W, B direction with double rotary table.

CNC MILLING 0i series which is Fanuc Control that is three, Four & Five axis machines X, Y, Z, A1, A11 direction.

Vocational Training:-

I have undergone industrial training from NTPC (national thermal power Corporation limited) in korba(C.G.) for 4 weeks after 4th sem. The focus of the training was to understand the generation of electricity through the thermal power plant.

I have undergone industrial training from CGSPGC limited (Chhattisgarh state power generation company) korba (C.G.) for 20 days after 6th sem. The focus of the training was to understand the generation of electricity through the thermal power plant and its distribution to the load center and consumer.

Project Undertaken:-

Minor project :“STUDY OF AUTOMATED TOLL TAX COLLECTION”

Project summary: RFID as name implies is a wireless technology, which works on Radio Frequency. In RFID systems an active or passive RFID tag is attached to, or embedded in, an item which communicates its identity to an RFID reader using radio frequency wave. The RFID tag provides the reader with a sequence of data that encodes a unique identity for that object. RFID systems do not require line-of-sight and work contactless.

Major project : “HARDWARE IMPLIMENTATION OF

AUTOMATED TOLL TAX COLLECTION”

Project summary: The current payment systems are not able to keep the pace with the requirements of some new applications/systems. The main reason s behind the limitations of current electronic payment system are technology (is slow), the method opted for authentication and authorization (card issuing authority is involved), and other limitations such as its inability to support very small amount payments. Various teams of researchers and students around the globe have successfully attacked the payment systems based on RFID.
