Production & Maintenance Manager (28thOct2018 - Present)

Being a manager I am responsible for the productions & Maintenance to full fill the sales & customer requirements, review the production plan weekly, preparing the monthly reports, planning the maintenance schedules, Implements the new ideas to make operations easier and save the down time of the machines, weekly meeting with team make aware about upcoming requirements & changes, prepare in advance, dealing with suppliers overseas for raw materials, spare parts requirements, word exchange and meeting with cross-functional team.

Key Deliverables:-

Responsible for Yearly budgets managements plan and prepare the upcoming requirements.

Coordination with the Maintenance and production personnel, manufacturing engineers,

Other technical professionals, to ensure uninterrupted, efficient and quality-driven production

Conduct continuous machine observation feedback from team during the shift.

Identifying potential failure or deterioration inputs & output, quality performance from machine standards.

Responsible for Annual Maintenance Contract, technical evaluations, team evaluations, suppliers relationships

Preparing the preventive maintenance plans and fallowing the excisions on time.

Coordinate for spare parts overview with store weekly give inputs on new- requirements and fallow on that.

Responsible for the procurement of new components for existing equipment, or replacing the entire set of machines after a prescribed period of usage is complete.

II.AGTIHA GROUP A SENAAT HOLDING COPRATION COMPNAY ABU DHABI – UAE

Senaat Holding company with interests in production of mineral water, frozen vegetables, tomato paste and flour; distribution of frozen vegetables, baked products, tomato paste, juice, yogurt, energy drinks, flavoured, mineral water and animal feed.

Maintenance In-charge (7thNov2012–18thOct 2018)

As a maintenance in-charge I was responsible for all maintenance related works, maintaining the all machineries that use in lines, All kind of utilities plant equipment’s tools and systems used in manufacturing, communication with cross-functional team, engineering and production processes, while maintaining sound interaction and personal meeting with team & vendors, communication overseas concerned personnel inside and outside of the company.

Provide Technicians/Operators training as necessary, and keep signed record of training with subjects share with Managements at end of training with feedback.

Equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out.

Coordination with technical professionals, to ensure uninterrupted, efficient and quality-driven, plant operations.

Demonstrate cause of potential failure or performance deterioration, complete remedial work during shift or brief subsequent shift and Manager on issue, cause and recommended solution.

Use manuals and failure history to develop preventative tasks.

Brief the Manager of the task and its purpose. Train engineers and team how to perform new tasks.

Keeps the equipments & technicians efficient history and cost pre-year of the machines.

Senior Electrical Team leader, (25th March 2008- 28th Oct2012)

Performed variety of electrical and mechanical activities such as assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical and mechanical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.

Key Deliverables:

Supported production throughout the facility by efficient troubleshooting, malfunctioning of production equipment.

Operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of Utilities plants like, Chiller, Water Heater, and Water Pumps, Air compressor (Atlas Capcom) and Electric Control & Distribution Panel.
