DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

o Prepare, Define, Develop, maintain, implemented, monitor & modify Project Quality Plan (PQP considering SAEP-1154/Sch. Q, ISO 9001-2008, 10005-2005)

o Preparation & organize the 15% & 60% completion of work

(separately each for Design, Procurement & Construction) Quality Management System Internal Audit (as per Schedule “Q” Para 7.3)

o Conducting Audits of 15% & 60% completion of the scope of work on sub-contractors (as per

Schedule “Q” Para 7.3.2)

o Conducting supplier evaluation/survey Audits, TPI inspection for all kinds of inspect able materials for the project(s) o Communication of the quality plan and its objectives to staff and sub-contractors.

o Support all project process owners in the development and implementation of their plans and procedures and the monitoring of their performance on all quality matters.

o Develop and implement audit schedules and plans, including unannounced visits. Carry out and/or lead internal and external audits, develop statistical reports on Quality Performance. o Responsible for providing Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure that all requirements of Saudi Aramco Standards and Specifications for construction, fabrication and procurement are met.

o QA activities shall include Quality Control (QC) functions, such as inspection, testing & examination.

o Direct reporting to Corporate Quality Manager, Providing feed back to the Project Manager on quality matters regarding implementation and administration of QA/QC activities on the project including procurement and vendor Inspection issues. o Liaise with Construction Managers to identify problem of quality nature, and to promote quality awareness within the project construction team, suppliers, fabricators and subcontractors.

o Ensure that material and equipment purchased meet Saudi Aramco standards and specifications including the international code/standards as well.

o Minimize the site non-conformance's.

o Compilations of all projects QA/QC records, and ensure that all records are kept and filed to demonstrate that all work conformed to the QA/QC requirements.

Liaise with Client (Saudi Aramco) on Quality Assurance matters. SAPMT, Vendor Inspection Dept (VID),

SAIU/RT/DH/KH/QD (Inspection Units).

o Review contract packages and determine the QA coverage required.

o Develop methodology/techniques used for supervision, inspection, and acceptance and testing of facilities, and the verification and acceptance of QA documentation to be used during construction.

o Review and approve EPC Contractor quality management systems and implement procedures to ensure conformance to the requirements of the Quality Assurance Program.

o To process Material Requisitions as per Saudi ARAMCO Material Specifications (SAMSS), Saudi ARAMCO Engineering Standards (SAES), ARAMCO Regulated Vendor List (form # 175) and Schedule `Q' requirements that define the inspection levels. o Preparation of 15% & 60% Quality Management System Internal Audit (as per Schedule G)

o Investigate root cause and initiate corrective action for non conformities identified in each audit Verifying implementation and closeout of corrective action prior to next schedule Review quality requirements of the NMR-601; NMR-602, NMR-603.

o To develop and implement project quality plan in coordination with the construction and quality control team.
