Checking all types of fabrication activities such as bending, cutting, notching, drilling, marking, CNC machine activity etc as per shop Drawing also maintaining ISO tolerance chart.

Work with machine tool, knowledge about all types of measuring instruments.

Making prototypes of all types Transmission Tower like DA-Type, DB-Type DC-type and DD-type according to the tower type drawings provided.

Checking incoming raw materials; monitoring the fabrication & galvanizing items and doing final inspection for both qualities, before offering for final inspection to dispatch.

Documentation like, Daily progress report, material requirement report etc.

Maintain of Daily Progress Report and next day work schedule submission.

Solving all types of fabrication fault by reworking if possible by rectifying them.

Maintaining data for material consumption for all projects.
