HIGHLIGHTS:

Reduced Customer Lead Time (from Order to Ship) from standard 6 months to 4-5 months for Government contracts and 2-3 months for Commercial contracts. I accomplished this by adjusting internal MRP maintenance for lead time, safety stocks, order points, capacity, and negotiated long term agreements with high dollar long lead items.

Implemented Dock-To-Stock and Dock-To-Floor-To Stock Procedure to streamline low hanging fruit from supplier to the stockroom, thus reducing lead time from WEEKS to DAYS internally through the plant.
