Generating the 3D model, assembly and creating the detailed part drawings of the complete assembly.

Project Name: Force Analysis on Rolling Mill

Responsible for calculating the back tension given to the rolling mill to roll sheets accurately without bowing up of the sheets

Proved that by providing the right amount of back tension, the process of rolling sheets becomes easier by reducing the rolling load, rolling pressure and also reduces the power required for the mill to be operated

Prepared project report that consisted of the final results, test results.

MINI PROJECT DETAILS

Project Name: Modeling and Assembly of 5 Cylinder Radial Engine Using PRO-E.

Responsible for designing the 5-cylinder Radial Engine by testing and adjusting various parameters

Modeled and assembled the radial engine using PRO-E software

Documented test results and used them to fine tune the parameters

Prepared project documentation that consisted of the final parameters, test results.
