I am a Homeschool mom looking to enter into the workforce after raising my kids. As a homeschool mom, I have always taught my kids to be the best at whatever it is they do, no matter how big or small the task. I plan to practice the same wherever my career takes me. Homeschooling four kids over the years helped me develop a lot of patience and a love for learning new things. I also learned time-management & organizational skills that can transition directly into a work environment. Also, raising four kids taught me the essential skill of conflict resolution. I recognize to be successful in the workplace one must be willing to first listen and work to find win - win solutions.
