OMAN.

RESPONSIBILITIES

National Plastic Factory is the leading manufacturer of HDPE &PP Cans & Bottles, Caps and all types of industrial, household, food, skin care and health care plastic products in diff. sizes. Our supply range is Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Dabur and other famous industries in Middle East and North Africa. . Having machines Blow Molding Automa, Uniloy, Uniblow, CMP, Akei, Fong Kee, John Houa etc. and Injection Molding Ferrometic Milacron, Windsor, Super Master, Jet Master, Plasmac etc.

Job responsibility includes entire running of factory in terms of Technical, production, Maintenance for both Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding units including the utilities like Chiller, Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, Pump, Motor etc. Overall responsibility to control the manpower of around 300 nos., Health & safety, Dispatch. Initiated meetings, trainings with all relevant department personals on daily weekly and monthly basis.

Initiated local suppliers for the machinery parts as well changing circuit according to suit to local readily available parts to make it cost effective, which reflected on minimum parts import from other countries.

SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS:

1) As soon as joined the company, given a task to strongly support from production as our business was growing very fast that time. New machines addition was going on along with existing running machines. Prepared new layouts and initiated installation process, Electrical, Cooling Tower water, chiller water connections, Air supply piping’s of low pressure as well high pressure.

With in my 5 years work our machines were being increased from 3 Blow Moulding & 8 Injection Molding to 12 Blow Molding & 28 Injection Moulding.

Present size of the Factory in 30 Blow Moulding & 40 Injection Moulding Machines.

Taken training in Ferrometic Milacron machines staying in their plant for more knowledge of solving any machine problem and reduce break down time.

Solved the Automa machine critical problem which was not solving with the advice of machine supplier and service engineer also.

Developed the electrical & electronic circuits of Automa machine to install from double head to triple head which option was not provided in the machine.

Visited the CMP m/c manufacturing plant so many times for technical support and development.

Observing my contribution for smooth operation and development in production top management promoted me from Production Engineer to Production Manager.

Installed and started three nos. new injection molding machines for urgent production as the machine suppliers could not provide service engineer on time. The above work was well congratulated by the higher management with the token of appreciation.

2) To spread Business in Dubai for starting up one new factory unit top management finally selected me as the right person to do the project and promoted me as the Project Manager.

PROJECT MANAGER / FACTORY MANAGER

NATIONAL PLASTIC FACTORY June 2006 to Feb 2009

FUJAIRAH, UAE.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1)Shifted from Oman factory to Dubai as the Project Manager.

With the experience of previous years and visiting diff. country plastic exhibitions started one green project.

By single head and proper communicating with the top management all electrical, cooling, air and other auxiliary work doing finally installed 7 nos. large double station malty head blow moulding machines and 17 nos. injection moulding machines.

Completed the project on time with smooth operation and top management promoted me as the Factory Manager to run this unit.

Reckitt Benckiser was facing problem with their Dettol Liquid in PVC bottles as some complaint coming from European countries. So they wanted to change bottle from PVC to PP globally and initial project given to us. With mold development and raw material collection from diff. countries and trial conducting I was successful and appreciated. Finally got a very big business from them for new product.

Dabur was launching new shampoo and hair oil in Middle East. For their bottles and caps enter project of mold, raw material, and color development done.

Diff. experiment done for reprocess and waste material use for cost saving which was successful and appreciation got from top management.

Visited diff. country plastic exhibitions for continuous development in technical as well as business.

Visited Egypt for start up a new factory unit in that country.

Health and Safety programs and work place safety take-up strictly in utmost level and hence Injuries and Accidents were brought down to very minimal.

SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS:

1) Received the best employ award 2006 of total group.

2) Attended Health& Safety and fire fighting Program for Gulf Countries.

PLANT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER March 2009 to Feb 2011

NATIONAL PLASTIC FACTORY

EGYPT

RESPONSIBILITIES

I was shifted to Egypt for starting up one new factory unit as management was very pleased for successfully completion of previous project.

Visited Taiwan for new machines trial and training along with local appointed Engineer.

5 nos. of blow moulding and 12 nos. of injection moulding machines properly installed with all auxiliary requirements and started production with continuation as the Plant Manager.

Developed molds and products for Unilever, Dabur and Reckitt Benckiser.

Prepared new computer document format sheet for easy updating records of entire department’s daily sheets which includes from raw material stocks, entire production, final stocks, Truck loading stock as well for customer dispatch as Egypt was totally new environment and had to work with all local people.

FACTORY MANAGER

NATIONAL PLASTIC FACTORY

FUJAIRAH, UAE. March 2011 to January 2013

RESPONSIBILITIES

Again I was re locket to Dubai factory as the Factory Manager for some extension.

The entire infrastructure modified for taking ISO standard.

With hard work and proper team work finally achieved ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHAS 18001.

Prepared in-house Tool Room for proper mold maintenance.

FACTORY MANGER / PROJECT MANAGER

EGYPT. Feb 2013 to Till Date.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Again I was shifted to Egypt as the Factory Manager as well as another new unit start up.

Additional responsibility given to solve the technical problems in all factories. So frequently visited to Head Office Oman and Dubai Plant.

Prime responsibilities of Complete Technical activities for all the Plastic Factories of total group companies including (Break Down maintenance and preventive Maintenance, Spares Purchase/Inventory of all the machines)

Planning for new development and technical modification of all factories.

GUJRAT, INDIA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Joined as the trainee engineer and then Production and Maintenance Engineer.

Achieved very good knowledge of Nissei-Japan, Jomar, Windsor, Gold Coin, Kautex, Rana, CMP and Indian local machines.

In House large Tool Room and got very good knowledge in mold design and development.

Very good experience of working with diff plastic raw materials like HDPE, LLDPE, PP, PC, PET, ACROLIC, ABS, PVC etc.

Strongly trained for the electric and hydraulic problems of the machines.
