Bio: Yoga

Sandy Till is a Certified Forrest Yoga teacher who specializes in working with beginners and injuries. Having worked in spas, yoga studios,corporate settings, chiropractic clinics, and at her own practice for over 5 years, she has become skillful at working intimately in both groups and one on one. Her attention to detail and warm personality create an open space for healing and a deep look inward for her students. Sandy completed the FY Foundation Teacher Training both in 2004 with Ana Forrest & Jonathan Bowra and in 2009 with Ana Forrest and Cheryl Deer. She also completed the FY Continuing Education Training in 2008 with Regina Zwilling and Pete Guinosso. Sandy recently completed the year long FY Mentorship Program with Colleen Millen in the San Francisco Bay Area and is honored to have assisted Ana Forrest at both the SFYJ Conference and Yoga Tree Castro.
