Over the past many years, I have had clinical commitments in various hospitals. While working I met different challenges and when appropriate I delegated responsibility to enhance team work. I had to listen to feedback from other colleagues. I accept appropriate criticism and I communicate effectively. I am meticulous with GP letters and Discharge summaries, being aware of importance of communication with primary and secondary care.
